		<description>It depends how competetive your cheerleading team is,but I looked around some websites to try to find things to help you and the only tip I can really give you is to practice. Keep stretching and if you have a trampoline practice the basics like front and back handsprings, your jumps, and possibly front and back tucks. I hope you find these links useful, they could help give you some background information just to help you grasp a better understanding. The most important thing about a cheerleader, is that you are energetic and devoted!

		<description>jumping on a trampoline helps my jumps... also stretch your splits out... you can run around the neighborhood to keep in shape &#038; do ab exercises... i would definatly reccomend goin to an open gym so you can work on or keep whatever gymnastics skills...
